'Morning, y'all! It's my day off and there is much to be done...one, because there is always, always, always much to be done on my day off and two, because we are probably babysitting the grands this weekend.
The babysitting is a bit up in the air, though, because our son-in-law's mom is having some health issues. The kids have to go to New York this weekend so he can sign in with the Seneca tribe to get his share of the profits from the hotel and casino. The plan was for his mom was going to keep the kids Friday and up until lunch on Saturday and we'd have them the rest of the weekend. Now, if she's feeling okay by Friday the plan will continue as is. If not, then she will have to have the kids on Friday until I get home and we'll keep them, but the kids will come home on Saturday instead of Sunday.
So, with my to-do list staring at me, let's get on with the list so I can get on with crossing things off my list.
This week's topic:
10 Songs I Never Get Tired of Hearing
Piano Man by Billy Joel
Should've Been a Cowboy by Toby Keith
Just By Being You by Steel Magnolia
These Are My People by Rodney Atkins
What a Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong
In the Mood by the Glenn Miller Orchestra
Dancing with Myself by Billy Idol
All Summer Long by Kidd Rock
Kryptonite by 3 Doors Down
Brown Eyed Girl by Van Morrison
Great playlist! Don't you HATE it when your best laid plans spin out of (your own) control? Praying mom-in-law is feeling all better soon.
ReplyDeletesuch a range of music!! :) Love it!
ReplyDeleteBrown Eyed Girl - Ricky always sang that to me when we started dating.
Hope the baby sitting thing works out.
