Reading...Lose It For Life: The Total Solution-Spiritual, Mental, Physical-For Permanent Weight Loss by Stephen Arterburn M. ED. and Dr. Linda Mintle. I'm loving the wholistic approach and finding that reading the book and working through the daily workbook pages speaks to something that no other weight loss plan I've looked at has. It is also deeply rooted in scripture and based on the need for a relationship with God.
Listening to...yet another political commercial. I can't wait until next Tuesday's elections so they stop.
Loving...the season. Fall is just the best!
Thinking...about all the things I want to talk about when I finally see my new doctor tomorrow.
Feeling...slightly annoyed. I sent a message to my cousin over the weekend to ask about Tim's truck again and was told another part had been ordered (would have been nice if they'd let us know) and it won't be in until Tuesday or Wednesday and then the truck should definitely be finished this week. Three and a half weeks. I'm out of patience, folks, and tired of asking Mom and Megan for rides.
Celebrating...that even though Halloween isn't until Thursday the whole trick-or-treat thing is done for us. Our township had it this past Saturday night. It wasn't the best night for the kiddos with off and on rain, but this little guy still had a great time...
Grateful...for a good week at work that netted me some extra cash in the paycheck. My entire Tuesday ended up being overtime due to my shift following Monday's shift in less than 14 hours. Then I got mentoring pay for training the new hire on Wednesday and Thursday. Nice with the Christmas shopping season fast approaching.
Weather...in the 40's and foggy this morning, but sunny and in the mid 60's later.
Enjoying...a local dairy's pumpkin pie milk. It tastes just like pumpkin pie and it's way less calories than the carmel pumpkin milkshakes I get at the local convenience store.
A funny (or two...or three)...
Daisy when I put her in costumes.
If real life was like TV.
Me, the year I sprained my neck coughing in the night.
Genius idea!
Most truthful meme ever.
Of your little jokes, they are all good, but I love the "Genius Idea!" lol
ReplyDeleteI agree Fall is the best! Have a great day.
That little guy is adorable in his Halloween costume... well, he is adorable all the time!! Nice for a little more jingle in the paycheck, but you worked hard for it! Have a good week, Stacy!
ReplyDeleteSomeone quick … call the Cute Police. That Colton is adorable! Love these memes, particularly the villainous pillow.
ReplyDeleteToo cute! Love the moment of indecision one in which he's standing on the lawn. You can hear the adult coaching, "Go on, buddy! Go on the porch and knock on the door! Trick Or Treat! You can do it!"
