April Challenge: Day 6



One Thing You Need To Start Doing:  Exercising. I started taking Adipex-P (a prescription diet pill) again this week. I need to lose weight, but I also need to get in better shape. The sudden death of my friend's husband yesterday is a brutal reminder that life is a gift and that tomorrow is not guaranteed. I know where I am going when this life is over and I look forward to being in the presence of God, but I want to stay here for the full number of days he has allotted me.

    Best wishes to you in your new adventure. Working out will also strengthen you back and core, which is really important in your new job. You do NOT need a back injury. Nonono.

  3. Well put. I'm sorry for your friend's loss and lifted a prayer for her. I work for a doctor now who does mostly weight loss. He prescribes Adipex for nearly everyone. I know it helps with appetite control, but you really do have to follow a diet. He has the Adipex diet handouts. Good luck, Stacy!! Please keep us posted (motivation for me!!).
