Challenge #10: A fruit you dislike and why.
Are dates and coconuts fruit? Because those are the only ones I can think of that I don't like. Why? Because dates are nasty looking and both taste awful.
Challenge #11: Your current relationship, if single, discuss that, too.
My current relationship is a marriage that has lasted 33.5 years so far. We were just 19 and 23 when we got married just 5.5 months after our first date. Everyone said it wouldn't last...or they thought we were getting married because I was pregnant. Our oldest wasn't born until 2 years later, so....WRONG.
He's still my best friend. I think we just might make it for the long haul.

ReplyDeleteI'm not fond of 99% of fruit, myself ... but coconut is a favorite. Go figure, huh. Like I told Terri, this old world would sure be boring if everyone liked the same things.
My folks got married after five months and they celebrated their 40th anniversary before cancer claimed my dad. I like coconut but am not a fan of dates.
ReplyDeleteGood thoughts here. People think what they want to think. People in my family always thought anything I did would not last. Come November, Hubby and I will celebrate 50 years of marriage.
